While only in business since February 2009, ClearPoint LLC is a product of my seventeen year experience as owner of a large mortgage company. Over those many years we assisted thousands of clients to purchase and/or refinance their homes, and many had begun to reach out to us for help due to their financial hardships and struggles to keep up with their mortgage payments.

After seeing the high costs being charged to loan modification clients, we felt that we could help our customers and offer these services at a more affordable price.
